Dr flischel, nurse Jane and lupita were absolutely wonderful through out my appointment. They made sure I was comfortable and ok the whole time. Thank you again

Everyone that works there is so kind. They talk to you like a real person and take the time to help you. I can tell these people really care about the patients and the work they do.

The staff at NW Medicine is amazingly professional, fast, clean, kind, understanding and too add, the doctors are also. They have onsite availability for all services you need which is a plus. Nothing us worse than having to travel to 2 or 3 (or more) places to get all tests done. Results on lab and xray are prompt and overall the entire referral program within the facilities are top of the line physicians and staff. I rate their community the BEST OF ILLINOIS and highly recommend all to go to NW Medicibe.

Every time I visit this Immediate Care it’s always a good experience, and never a wait compared to other Immediate cares in the area. Dr’s are knowledgeable and give fast results and treatment recommendations. Before coming here keep in mind it’s an immediate care and not an ER they only treat certain needs. 10/10.

Took my coworker who cut his finger on a table saw. Alex and jasmine did a great job assisting us and Dr. Strang did a great job on stitching the finger back up. Definitely recommend. Very nice staff.

Radiology Dept - NWMG - Vernon Hills, IL I had a scheduled appointment for CT early this week. Nadia, the CT Technologist, was super caring, professional and efficient. Nadia explained each segment of the test and made it a great experience. Thank you, Nadia!

About a month ago I came here to see Dr Masood to square away some of my respiratory issues. There was some major confusion in the prescription process, to the tune of me almost not getting vital medicine. However a nurse identified only as Doris H is the reason for this five star review because she went above and beyond not only to make sure I got my prescription in a timely fashion after a major Communication Breakdown but also to then go ahead and swap it to a better Pharmacy. She was extremely responsive and even went so far as to call me after I messaged on the app just to make sure I knew it was taken care of. Also, frankly I was sitting in that office for a while and I have to admit I was somewhat impressed at how helpful and professional the staff was. I know that this is a hard job with little appreciation offered but they still win Above and Beyond in multiple departments

Recently moved to the area from out of state so I was looking for a new PCP. Dr. Chokshi was very thorough and addressed all my concerns. She showed great bedside manner and compassion throughout my appointment. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me a thorough tx plan to follow. The front desk, Roy was also very welcoming and nice. The phlebotomist also did great and was able to get my bloodwork with 1 stick. They all gave me a great first impression and because of that I will return for my future visits. There was 1 front desk who just seemed miserable when I spoke to him but other than that, great first impression and appointment with this healthcare facility.
